This year we followed well-established tradition. Jacqueline and David ate in the “Bauernschänke” in the Old City again and came back to traditional Spanish New Year grapes and “torrón”, and then “Zinngiessen” (tin melting oracle) with the ladies in Schrennengasse. The boys were out gallivanting on their own. On January 1st, we attended the New Year service, with Ruth and Christian bringing “new sounds for the New Year”, and afterwards Loch Fyne salmon was enjoyed by all (this year in the Atelier). With many thanks to “Mutts” for the cartoon!
